Hey there! I've been crazy busy lately creating projects for Therm O Web's booth at the CHA Winter 2013 show out in Anaheim, California - it runs Jan 12th through the 15th. If you're already at the show, I hope you'll stop by their booth - #1737 My friend, Julia Sandvoss will be there doing make 'n takes and telling you all about Therm O Web's wonderful products. :) She's awesome so be sure to say "Hi!". If you aren't attending the show, the Therm O Web blog is already featuring some of our teams' projects this week and will show you even more all next week...the theme is Winter Weddings. I loved creating for this theme and color scheme...snowflakes and glitter everywhere! And I mean e v e r y w h e r e...on me, all over my office and in just about every room of our house...lol.
Here's a peek at a few of my projects.......you can see more next week on the Therm O Web Blog. Stop by there every day to see something new.
This is my take on a clever idea that I wish was around when I got married. I'm not sure who came up with it first, but they are genius! It's my absolute favorite project that I made. I used TOW adhesives to wrap the boxes, layer and adhere the flowers and to attach all the embellishments. The flowers, flourishes, snowflakes and label shape are all from Sizzix Dies.
A similar flower for this accessory project, but instead of specialty papers and vellum, I used fabric from a recycled blouse and sprayed it with Therm O Web's Glitter Dust {I LOVE this stuff!} The Glitter Dust not only added sparkle, but sealed the edges so the fabric won't fray.
This card features Silver Glitter Dust sprayed on black cardstock, a punched heart using iCraft Adhesive Sheets, Small Zots applied to brads to add glitter and one of Therm O Web's NEW products, Glitter Photo Corners.
Here's another card showing Glitter Dust on both the cardstock and pattern paper; iCraft Adhesive to die cut the silver snowflake and punch the heart; Zots to attach the embellishments; the Black Glitter Photo Corners (they also come in silver, gold and hot pink!) AND Supertape to create the glittered lines just below the snowflakes.
I hope you enjoyed the projects...remember, you can see more on the Therm O Web Blog. Thanks for visiting here with me & enjoy the weekend!
