     I've been scrapbooking since 1996 and working as an independent scrapbook and paper craft designer for various manufacturers since 2004.  I am innovative, enthusiastic, easy to work with and self reliant.  I am familiar with both cross-promoting products and with featuring a single product/manufacturer in a project.  I manage my time well to complete assignments according to deadlines yet I'm also accustomed to meeting tight deadlines with mock-up materials.  I'm experienced with writing craft related articles for manufacturer websites, writing detailed instructions with step-out photos, and posting my work on-line in galleries and on my blog.  

     My style is best described as layered, linear and detailed.  I also like to incorporate stamping and paper techniques and will often explore a variety of current trends and techniques in my work.  I enjoy a challenge and I'm happy to grow as a crafter in the process.  My designs primarily include cards, scrapbook layouts, mini albums and embellished paper crafts / home decor projects.  However, over the past several years I've found myself doing a variety of other crafting projects as part of my commitments, including  sewing, floral design, and beading. 

     I hope to continue working with various manufacturers and publications in the scrapbook and paper craft industry.  I truly enjoy my role as a designer and sharing my creations with others.  I find my work challenging and exciting!  I hope that as I continue to work in this industry I'm able to further explore opportunities including special assignment work, teaching and product design.
